چکیده

Neutrosophic cubic set is the generalized version of neutrosophic sets and interval sets. It can deal with complex information by combining (NS) (CS). Maclaurin symmetric mean operator a classical aggregation in modern fusion theory. Partitioned MSM reflect interrelationships among attributes same partition, but different partitions are irrelevant. In order to efficiently gather NCS where partition relevant irrelevant, we extend PMSM environment define partitioned (NCPMSM) weighted operator. Later, overcome drawbacks existing score functions effectively distinguish two NCSs, novel function NCS. Next, based on NCWPMSM function, develop multi-attribute group decision-making method. Finally, give an example supplier selection illustrate usefulness proposed MAGDM. At time, comparative analysis show effectiveness advantages method compared methods.

Multi-criteria neutrosophic decision making method based on score and accuracy functions under neutrosophic environment

A neutrosophic set is a more general platform, which can be used to present uncertainty, imprecise, incomplete and inconsistent. In this paper a score function and an accuracy function for single valued neutrosophic sets is firstly proposed to make the distinction between them. Then the idea is extended to interval neutrosophic sets. A multi-criteria decision making method based on the develope...

Multi-Attribute Decision-Making Based on Bonferroni Mean Operators under Cubic Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set Environment

Cubic intuitionistic fuzzy (CIF) set is the hybrid set which can contain much more information to express an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set and an intuitionistic fuzzy set simultaneously for handling the uncertainties in the data. Unfortunately, there has been no research on the aggregation operators on CIF sets so far. Since an aggregation operator is an important mathematical tool i...

MULTI-ATTRIBUTE DECISION MAKING METHOD BASED ON BONFERRONI MEAN OPERATOR and possibility degree OF INTERVAL TYPE-2 TRAPEZOIDAL FUZZY SETS

This paper proposes a new approach based on Bonferroni mean operator and possibility degree to solve fuzzy multi-attribute decision making (FMADM) problems in which the attribute value takes the form of interval type-2 fuzzy numbers. We introduce the concepts of interval possibility mean value and present a new method for calculating the possibility degree of two interval trapezoidal type-2 fuz...

Interval valued neutrosophic sets and multi-attribute decision-making based on generalized weighted aggregation operator

Neutrosophic sets are powerful logics designed to facilitate understanding of indeterminate and inconsistent information; many types of incomplete or complete information can be expressed as interval valued neutrosophic sets (IVNSs). This paper proposes improved aggregation operation rules for IVNSs, and extends the generalized weighted aggregation (GWA) operator to work congruently with IVNS d...

The weighted distance measure based method to neutrosophic multi-attribute group decision making

Neutrosophic set (NS) is a generalization of fuzzy set (FS) that is designed for some practical situations in which each element has different truth membership function, indeterminacy membership function and falsity membership function. In this paper, we study the multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems under neutrosophic environment with the incompletely known or completely unkn...
